Tomo opened Restaurant Mitsunobu in Menlo Park in September 2011. Tomo was professionally trained in numerous upscale Japanese restaurants in Tokyo, Kyoto and Kobe in Japan and mastered traditional Japanese cooking techniques including Kaiseki and Sushi. Tomo now wants to introduce Japanese food culture to the Bay Area residences through Sushi Cooking Class, Catering and Personal chef Services.
